Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
If we are unable to supply you with the services ordered, for example, because of an error in the price on our site or due to a discontinuation of that service, we will inform you of this by e-mail and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Services, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
If you become dissatisfied with our services at any point within the duration of holding an active account, we will issue a 100% refund of your money unless otherwise specified at, or prior to, the time of purchase. Our web hosting services are refundable as part of our customer service agreements. If the hosting is refunded the cost of the domain will be deducted from this as the domain is yours to keep until expiry
All domain names sales are made final at the time of purchase. You are the sole owner of any domain names registered through our services upon payment in full. Should you decide to leave our service for another provider, domain names are transferable and therefore not subject to refunds
Changes to registered domain names (incorrect spelling, etc..) cannot be made once the domain has been purchased with a domain registry. It is very important that you verify the spelling of your domain name and it is recommended that you have someone else read it as well to ensure it is exactly as expected.
Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by
GoCardless Direct Debit – Your refund will go to your bank account you paid with
PayPal – This will be debited into your PayPal account straight away
Bank transfer – Using the information from your previous bank transfer, a refund will be reinstated into the bank you purchased the item on.
Complete refund process normally takes about 15-30 working days from the date of confirmation of refund. No GoCardless, credit card, PayPal or bank transfer credit will not be processed until the product has arrived.
